Checking in with someone on a regular basis allows you to ask questions, seek feedback and get expert help, you will have the support you need to stay on track to turn your plan into your reality. 

As you begin to feel the benefits of a change to your diet and lifestyle, you will realise that you can take control. It will be my task to teach you how to use your mind to change your body.  You won’t we alone, we will do it together.
