Good health begins in the gut. That’s why I almost always start helping people with chronic health problems by fixing their gut. The health of your gut has a direct influence on how your body and your mind functions. It’s all about bacteria! What we want is to have a balance between good and the not so good bacteria. When you change this, you will have a much better chance of reducing unfavourable issues such as viruses, skin conditions, weight gain, menopause symptoms, endometriosis, PCOS, certain behaviours related to autism, anxiety, depression,  irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, diabetes, certain cancers, heart disease, arthritis, kidney disease, Alzheimer’s and much more.

People often ask “how quickly can I improve my gut bacteria?” Actually, it can happen within a few days. By eating real food and including probiotic foods, your gut and your health can improve significantly in a short space of time.

Be nice to your gut because those bugs have a lot of control!
