Ingredients

  • ½ cup full cream milk

  • ½ cup Dairy Farmers Pure Cream (from Woolworths)

  • 1 tbls oats (this helps to give it a thick, creamy texture)

  • 2 tbls almonds

  • 1tsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 raw egg

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbls chia seeds

Method

Mix all in a processor and drink
