Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup full cream milk
½ cup Dairy Farmers Pure Cream (from Woolworths)
1 tbls oats (this helps to give it a thick, creamy texture)
2 tbls almonds
1tsp coconut oil (melted)
1 raw egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbls chia seeds
Method
Mix all in a processor and drink
