If you’re finding it difficult to lose weight, harder than it used to be, I can help you. The first thing I need you to do is remove the idea you’re on a diet.  A diet has a beginning and an end. Sustainable weight management is about making small changes that over time, will lead to new habits. Weight loss is not about eating rabbit food and starving yourself. What I know for sure is that you are not going to wake up tomorrow morning and be a different person. If chocolate or chips are your ‘thing’, that’s not likely to change any time soon. People get the best success when they identify their weaknesses and then put strategies in place to manage their choices.

It’s not a secret. Weight management is achieved by eating real food and avoiding high GI and processed food. But it’s also not about being perfect. That’s not sustainable, realistic or desirable.  It’s what you do most of the time that counts.

Success requires a combination of things - education, skill, support but most importantly, a commitment to yourself.
